How Blume Labs operates.

Blume Labs builds its own companies. The same team originates the idea, writes the code, runs the pilot and decides what earns more capital. Investors get exposure to a portfolio of products that already work, built on shared infrastructure.

How a venture progresses

  1. Stage 1

    Originate

Ideas come from markets the team already knows. Each one starts as a written thesis about the customer, the problem and how the product makes money.

  2. Stage 2

    Build

The studio team ships the first version on the shared platform, so work goes into what is unique to the product rather than its plumbing.

  3. Stage 3

    Pilot

The product goes to real users early, through design partners, city pilots or a public beta, and is measured against its thesis.

  4. Stage 4

    Scale or spin out

Ventures that prove demand get dedicated focus and capital. Those that do not are stopped, and what they built returns to the platform.

Operating model

One platform, many companies
Payments and payouts, authentication, background jobs, file storage and deployment are built once and reused. A new venture inherits production-grade plumbing on day one.
AI-accelerated engineering
The studio builds with AI coding agents under senior review, backed by automated test suites and security audits. That is how a small team runs a whole portfolio without cutting corners.
AI where it earns its place
Models go into products only where they do measurable work: on-premise vision in Sova Robotics, brand-voice review in Lemmova AI. Elsewhere, plain software wins.
Pilots before scale
Every venture meets real users early, with design partners, city pilots or public betas, and graduates on evidence rather than on a roadmap.
